Starting a website should feel clear from the first conversation. Here is how we work, what to expect along the way, and what happens once your site is live.

  1. We start with a short chat about your business and what you need. Then we send you a clear plan with the scope, timeline and cost. Work only begins once you are happy with it.

    From there, we keep you updated at every step, so you always know what is happening and what we need from you.

  2. Most websites take 2 to 4 weeks. Apps usually take 6 to 10 weeks. Bigger projects with lots of custom features can take a little longer, and we will tell you upfront.

  3. It depends on what you need — the number of pages, the features and how much content there is. After our first chat, you get a clear quote in writing. No hidden costs, and nothing starts until you agree.

  4. Yes. Every design is made for your brand and your customers, not taken from a template. We do use reliable, proven tools behind the scenes so your site is fast and easy to maintain.

  5. Just a rough idea is enough to start. If you have a logo, photos, text or examples of websites you like, great — share them. If not, we will help you work out the direction, the pages and the content together.

  6. Yes. You review the design before we build it, and the finished site before it goes live, so changes happen at the right time. The number of revision rounds is agreed in your plan, so you know exactly what is included.

  7. Yes. Every page is designed and tested for phones, tablets and desktops, so it looks right and is easy to use on any screen.

  8. If you need to change content often — like news, projects or products — we can set it up so you can edit text and images yourself. If it rarely changes, we can simply make updates for you. We will suggest what suits you best.

  9. Yes — things like booking and enquiry forms, online stores and connections to tools you already use. Tell us what you need, and we will be honest about what it takes and what it adds to the cost.

  10. We can. We help you choose hosting, connect your domain and get everything live. We recommend keeping the domain and hosting in your name, so you always own them.

  11. Before anything goes live, we test and polish the whole site. Then we go through it together with you.
